Returns & Refunds
Because of the low cost of our products, we don't require items to be shipped back. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us at perch24.settles@icloud.com within 30 days with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to send anything back.

We're unable to offer refunds for buyer's remorse or if the product was used as intended and simply didn't meet expectations, but reach out and we'll always work with you on a fair resolution.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
