Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping time: Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days from when your order ships. We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is $12, free on orders over $75.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at [your store email].

Delays: Occasionally shipments take longer than expected due to customs or carrier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, reach out and we'll investigate or send a replacement.
